Enrollment Process

Do you like what you've seen so far? We certainly hope so. To continue your enrollment process, simply follow these next few steps

  1. Schedule a Tour. Give us a call at (608)839-5437 and ask for Amy or email her at amy@learningladder.com.
  2. Fill out an Application for Childcare Services and bring it with you when you tour.
  3. If a position is not currently available, we will put you on our wait list.
  4. When a position is available, we will send you the rest of your enrollment paperwork.
  5. Once your paperwork is complete, we will schedule an orientation with you and a classroom visit for your child. At your orientation we will collect payment for the first weeks tuition, go over your paperwork, review our policies and make sure you are ready for your child’s first day.

Wait List Policy

If there are no positions currently available, this application and a non-refundable $50 application fee will reserve your child’s spot on our wait list for the next available spot. Once an enrollment opportunity becomes available, you will have 5 business days to accept the position.

Reservation Policy

To reserve a spot for your child more than 30 days from when the application is submitted, a deposit equal to the 1st week’s tuition plus the $50 application fee is required. This deposit is non-refundable unless a position is not available within 4 weeks of your requested start date.

Enrollment Procedure

Once a position is available, you will receive your child’s enrollment paperwork approx. 2-4 weeks before your scheduled start date. Paperwork must be returned and a family orientation completed at least 1 week before your child’s first day.
